A little bit about me!
Hi, I’m Jordan — an IT professional and homelab enthusiast focused on systems administration, networking, and real-world infrastructure. I specialize in building, managing, and troubleshooting environments that mirror enterprise systems, from Active Directory and deployment services to virtualized servers and network design.
I’m a Client Services Technician with hands-on experience supporting large-scale environments, alongside running my own IT services business. I’ve worked with thousands of users in enterprise and educational settings, handling everything from system deployments and account management to troubleshooting complex hardware and network issues.
Outside of my professional role, I actively build and maintain a homelab where I experiment with technologies like Proxmox, Active Directory, virtualization, and network segmentation. This allows me to continuously expand my skills in a practical, real-world environment.

Enterprise Server Environment
Designed and deployed a fully functional enterprise-style environment using Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), DNS, and Windows Deployment Services (WDS). Automated OS deployments and centralized system management using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), reducing setup time and ensuring consistency across systems.
Homelab Infrastructure (Proxmox + Networking)
Built and maintain a virtualized homelab environment using Proxmox, including multiple VMs for services such as game servers, monitoring tools, and backup systems. Configured VLANs, firewall rules, and network segmentation using UniFi equipment to simulate real-world network architecture.
LI Tech Guys Website & Infrastructure
Designed and deployed a business website from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, hosted via GitHub Pages. Configured DNS and domain management to ensure reliable access and optimized performance.

Support and maintain IT systems for over 3,000 users, handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues across hardware, software, and networking. Assist in managing Active Directory environments with over 10,000 users, including group policy administration and system updates. Lead efforts to modernize web platforms while ensuring ADA compliance.
Founder & IT Technician — LI Tech Guys LLC
Provide hands-on IT services including hardware repair, system upgrades, and business infrastructure setup. Developed and deployed a company website and configured Google Workspace environments to improve communication and workflow.
